How to purchase: You may purchase directly from our Rancho Cordova warehouse near Sacramento, CA; or order by phone or email (see our contact page for more information). Unfortunately, we do not accept orders through our web site. Our web site is designed to show you our beautifully hand-crafted furniture and decor, of the highest quality, at the most competitive prices.
All sales are final: Casual Elements is a factory outlet store with the objective to pass on this advantage to our customers by keeping our prices as low as possible while maintaining the highest quality. As such, unless your purchased item is defective or a prior return arrangement is authorized in writing, we do not have a return or an exchange policy.
Payments: We accept cash, local checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not offer lay-a-way program or customer charge accounts.
Warranty: Casual Elements is committed to the highest quality standards for all the furniture lines we carry. We warranty our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
Construction: All our wood is kiln-dried prior to construction. This minimizes the environmental effects where significant changes in humidity can cause shrinkage or swelling. All our items are hand-crafted by artisans and master craftsmen using the best quality material, which provides the furniture's unique beauty and character.
Expected wear: Our hand-crafted furniture will age gracefully with some minor shrinkage and occasional small surface cracks. Fading of outdoor finishes over time is to be expected when the furniture is exposed to the weather. In addition, painted outdoor furniture will show small paint cracks where two or more boards are joined together. However, as the elements transform the appearance of your furniture into elegant time-worn antiques, you can be assured that its' structure will be intact for many years to come.
Delivery or customer pickup: All furniture is available for customer pick up from our Rancho Cordova store. We offer in-house local basic delivery within the Sacramento area (see store for details). Additionally, we offer specialized blanket wrap deliveries by our transportation partners within most areas of the continental United States. The customer assumes all responsibility for "customer pick up" merchandise upon the loading of your vehicle.
Damage during shipping: We take great care to avoid any damage during the shipment of our furniture. However, it is possible that an item may become damaged during shipment. Please thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery either by our in-house delivery team or by our specialized common carriers. If an item is damaged upon delivery completed by our in-house team, please call us directly at 916-853-2210 at the time of delivery. If the delivery is made by a common carrier please ensure you note the damage on the "bill of lading" and have the driver sign the "bill of lading" as well. Ensure they leave a copy of the "bill of lading" with you for your records. The claim for any damages in this case will be with the common carrier directly, but of course we will do everything possible to ensure delivery of your furniture in good condition. If you find a problem after the delivery we may not be able to repair or replace your furniture. The customer assumes all responsibility for "customer pick up" merchandise upon the loading of your vehicle.
Information collection and use: Casual Elements is committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers. We take all reasonable steps to protect our customers' personal information against loss or misuse. We will not share or sell to others any of the information you provide. That information is solely used to validate your qualification as a Preferred Customer. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

Colors: Casual Elements has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we therefore cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Commitment to social and environmental responsibility: Casual Elements is committed to fair labor practices and environmental responsibility in the production of our furniture. We provide equal opportunity employment and hire only seasoned professionals in our factories. We insist on safe and comfortable working conditions and offer high salaries and benefits in order to attract and retain the best skilled people around. All timber used in the crafting of our furniture is obtained from professionally operated plantations. We strongly believe that timber harvested from other sources is often illegal, damaging to the environment and of poor quality.
